Great news to all our friends who have ever considered relocating! There is a great house for sale IN Our Neighborhood!!!!! That is huge because we don't have that many houses in our neighborhood. Doug and I thought we would post it in case anyone was interested....wink,wink. They are asking $419,000 but that price is very negotiable. :)
