Last week we were invited to come to a new friends apple ranch in Mariposa to do a little apple picking and fellowship. Doug was off so he joined us for our fun family outing. The orchard was huge and there were lots of our new friends there. This is a fully functional apple ranch so we got to help wash the apples in a big apple washing machine, we saw how they make apple cider, and walked through a gigantic apple refridgerator. There were also horses and dogs to keep Jake entertained. We all gathered for a picnic lunch and then headed back home for naps. It was a great family day!!! We also learned a few things that will help us with our small apple orchard :)
